1. Where are the clothes sent from?
The clothes are shipped from our warehouses in Valencia, Spain.
2. How long will it take to send my order?
Orders are managed in the day, if you place the order before 18:30 your order will be processed and shipped the same day.
3. Do I need to pay for customs?
All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Spain, so shipments inside the European Union will be excluded of taxes and customs. Shipments outside the EU costs will vary depending on the destination country.
4. What carrier company will deliver my order?
Standard shipments will be delivered by GLS, all express shipments are handled by DHL EXPRESS or UPS.
